A new wellness residential development is underway in Park City, Utah. Velvaere is a wellness-centric mountainside residential community located near Park City’s iconic Deer Valley Resort. The 60-acre community will have direct ski-in, ski-out access, year-round mountain adventure, a 20,000 square feet wellness center and a family adventure center.
It’s a residential community that provides distinctive holistic lifestyle opportunities, including curated wellness experiences, intentional living, cutting-edge technology, and world-class amenities. Homeowners at Velvære will have a wellbeing membership, granting access to all of the club offerings. In addition, a limited number of wellness club memberships will be available for purchase to local residence.
The project is due to be completed in 2024. The development will be home to 115 custom residences; consisting of 12 cabins; 68 residences; and 35 custom estates. The floorplans are flexible and offer variety depending on the clients’ desires.
Park City’s attraction is the great outdoors. Residence will be able to enjoy Velvaere’s 15,000-square-foot Adventure Center that is the base point for skiing, hiking and wilderness activities. It will also have a full-service restaurant, gear storage, as well as an outdoor pool and a hot tub. A new ski resort is under development 200 feet from the Adventure Center which will allow for ski lift for ski-in, ski-out entry. This access includes 4,300 acres of new ski terrain with bowls, glades, chutes, and groomers and over 50 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
The Wellness Center will offer fabulous amentities that include; cryotherapy, hyperbaric chamber, LightStem LED, flotation tank, nutrition programs, microbiome, biohack, lymphatic treatments, IV therapy, fitness, yoga, meditation, sound baths, integrative medicine, pool, hot tub, relaxation areas and much more. There will even be wellness education classes, retreats, nutrition counseling and grocery deliveries of locally grown produce.
The goal of the community is to create an environments to allow residence to be at their best and provide options for their health and well-being.
Each residence will include customized in-home sanctuary spaces that bring the wellbeing experience fully into the home. Sanctuary options will include light therapy, plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms and more that buyers can customize based on their desires.
